Come on guys, I need your continuing input and support with the shows. Audio Editing Software

Some of you have been asking me about making the files of the shows smaller so they will fit on a CD to play in the car. So, I've looked around the internet and found some free software (freeware) you can use to cut down the size for the files to make them smaller. The software is called Audacity. I have downloaded and installed it myself and it works just fine. The link below will download the file you need to get started. I have also provided a tutorial link that someone has made which is a short video showing you how to use the program.

Hi There,

This is Dave (Vinyl Morpher).

First of all, let me welcome you to my website. Some of you may already know me from YouTube. This is where I get to share some great music with you guys.

I am 41 years "young" and I live in London UK. I have always had a real passion for music since as far back as I can remember. I've been DJing since 1983 and over the years I have built up a pretty big collection of Vinyl and CD's. I ran a mobile disco between 1983 to 1996 and I've DJ'ed in Clubs, Pubs and Even Played on Pirate Radio back in the early to mid 90's. I used to Play Drum n Bass and Old Skool Rave on a station in West London called Zone FM. I used the name "DJ Addictive" back then. I now DJ for a living full time at a night club in London UK

Over the last 10 years the Internet has given me so much that I felt it was time I gave it something back, so this is it. I've put together my own radio show called "The Vinyl Morpher Show" and once or twice a week I get in the studio and put my show together, then when its finished I upload it right here.

You can download any of my shows or mixes for free. My shows are based around Jazz, Funk, Soul and Disco Music from the 70's and 80's. I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I enjoy recording them for you . All I would ask from you when ever you come here is that you visit my guest book (top right) and just drop me a line and maybe a request or two for future shows. At least that way I know you are listening.You can also Email me (top right) if you prefer.

So get downloading, and start enjoying some great music from back in the day. This is a way to promote some great artists and their great music from another generation. Most of the music played on my shows is still available at your local music shop, and with the help of ebay you should be able to find most of what you are looking for.

Download the shows to your IPods/MP3 Players, burn them to CD and play them in your car, or even play them right here on your Computer at home or at work. Be prepared for a real nostalgic trip back in time. You will hear some great all time classics as well as a few almost forgotten gems.
