Everyone involved with Morpher Radio keep this station and website running purely for the love of the music. It is totally non profit making and all the DJs donate their own time free of charge to present their shows.

Created by Dave Marley aka Vinyl Morpher. He originally had his own channel on youtube, where he started uploading his videos in an attempt to educate a newer generation of music lovers. His video's were of his own vinyl spinning on the turntable playing some of the best tunes ever made (jazz funk soul and disco) Eventually, he decided to start making his own podcast show "the vinyl morpher show" and post them on his youtube channel (May 2008)

(June 2008) youtube closed his account down. All videos were deleted and all links to the vinyl morpher show were lost.

A new youtube account was created called The Vinyl Morpher Show. and some of the original videos were re uploaded as a way to advertise the new website. (July 2008) The Vinyl Morpher website is born. Originaly just for Vinyl Morpher show listeners to download the podcast from every week. Then, we started featuring guest DJs, such as Carlin Langley, Alain Patrick and later came Steve Montana and Roman K. Over the following months, more and more listeners came over from youtube. Listeners such as Spongepeat aka Pete Evans, Esmereldatitswollops aka Debz Green (promo girl)

(Xmas and New years eve 2008) Vinyl Morpher goes live on the net for the first time with help from Allan Singleton and Martin Shaw (Dirty Deeds Radio) and the use of their stream. (Jan 2009) Morpher Radio is born and goes live 24/7 playing classic jazz funk soul and disco. More and more DJs come on board Graham Banbury, Rainer MWAV, Toni Baveria, Dave Moore, Geoff Hobbs Tony D and Pete Hitch.

(April 2009) Bless the Funk 1 is held at Mantra in Windsor on Easter Bank Holiday Sunday and many Morpher Radio DJ's and listeners meet for the first time. More DJs Join the station, James Murphy, Terry Peters, Mike C. (May 2009) The Vinyl Morpher Show celebrates its 1st birthday with show 52 hosted by Debz the promo girl.
