I’m Dave Jameson, or Gti Jameson, and loads of other names we won’t go into.
My profile page isn’t that to different to main man Dave Morpher Marley. Djing for me started around 1983 on my dad’s wallpaper pasting Table , with two odd decks and a mixer out of Tandy’s.
Age 43 (I think) and born an bred outer East London. Now residing in Greenhithe.From the Eastside, but Djing mostly on the Southside in various pubs from abbey wood to Lewisham. Got A break in 1986 when Barrie T (solar radio and Horizon ) asked me to stand in at Maximas in Leicester Square, from there I got some good breaks. While at Maximus , became good friends with Nick Hawke’s (XL records, kicks like a mule, the bouncer tune) and got some good residents in the west End

Radio started for me in 1985, doing a demo for Tony Munson (solar 102.5fm) but before I could do my first show, they ceased to broadcast. The Rave scene was great fun joining sunrise fm 88.75 in 1988, djing alongside Rat pack, Ellis Dee Bad boy west and peter Stapleton Djin at some Big Raves up and down the country. Still love to play my Rave and Hardcore breaks, but still have a big passion for soul, funk etc. That’s the life story very briefly, full autobiography can be found in (My story by Dave Jameson) in all good book shops priced @ £100.00.

So that’s it. The show is called, simply (Back to my Roots) playing all my soul, funk vinyl from the years gone by.
