Morpher Radio
We are one of the world's fastest growing online radio stations. We broadcast from London UK and across the globe. Morpher Radio was created by Dave Marley back in 2008. He originally had his own channel on youtube, where he started uploading his videos in an attempt to educate a newer generation of music lovers. His video's were of his own vinyl spinning on the turntable playing some of the best tunes ever made (jazz funk soul and disco). Dave then decided to start making his own pod cast show 'the vinyl morpher show' and post them on his youtube channel. This web site was originally created by Dave to post his pod casts from as he had many listeners downloading his weekly pod cast show via youtube. Eventually youtube closed down his account. All videos were deleted and all links to the vinyl morpher show were lost. 31st December 2009 Dave did his first live show to celebrate new years eve with some of his dedicated followers. Morpher Radio was born. More and more DJ's got involved in the station over the following months and started broadcasting their shows on his fast growing station Listener numbers were increasing weekly as news of Morpher Radio went global. The rest as they say is history.

Morpher Radio is dedicated to bringing you classic and new Jazz, Funk, Soul, Disco, Jazz Funk, Boogie, Reggae, Lovers Rock and Classic and Funky House Anthems. The name Morpher Radio comes from Dave Marley's DJ name, Vinyl Morpher.. aka Dave 'Morpher' Marley

We are a non profit making online radio station, all our DJ's give their time and talent purely for the love of the music. We pride our self in playing memory jogging gems you may well have forgotten, as well as dance floor anthems from back in the day. We also bring you new and up front Soul and Jazz featuring some great new artists. We broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 356 days of the year. Our DJ's broadcast live every evening and all weekend from their own studios. Most of our DJ's are based in the UK, however, we also have DJ's playing live from USA and Germany and pre recorded shows from DJ's in Canada and Singapore. During weekday afternoons we have new pre recorded shows and weekday mornings we repeat some of our live shows from earlier that week. We have thousands of listeners on a global scale and our listener numbers are growing fast. Our ever growing community in our chat room has listeners from all over the world with one great thing in common, 'The Music'. Our live DJ's are also logged into the chat room while broadcasting their show and fully interact with the listeners taking requests and dedications.

Bless The Funk
We are also responsible for 'Bless The Funk' an event which runs three times a year at various locations around the UK. We have had 4 Bless the Funk gatherings over the last 2 years and they are becoming more and more successful. Look out for future Bless The Funk events advertised here on Morpher Radio.

Morpher Radio needs your help
It is with great pleasure that we run Morpher Radio. For those of you who have got to know us over the last 2 years, you will know we keep this station running purely for the love of the music. It is totally non profit making however Morpher Radio is not free to run. As it grows its costing more and more to fund it. Everyone involved donates their time for free. We rely purely on donations to cover the costs and keep it running for you to enjoy.

When we launched Morpher Radio 2 years ago it was costing around £30 per month to run which we were able to cover. But over the last year it has grown into something really special for many people. It now currently costs £300 per month to run. As the station grows so do the costs. We need to action this now or we will loose Morpher Radio. It doesn't run for free. There are the costs of The Licence, The Server, The Stream, The Website.. it all really adds up.

We are now forced into asking you to help keep Morpher Radio alive and contribute £5 or £10 (your choice) per month towards the cost of running the station?
