To celebrate Dave Morpher's 43rd Birthday, The Legend Greg Edwards played
a 2 hour set on Morpher Radio. It was a great night and an hon our to have
Greg over for the evening. We hope to see Greg back at Morpher Radio in the
future.

Friend Ginger Dies (Posted

We were very sad to announce that Ginger (Noel) passed away on Tuesday
15th December 2009.
Morpher Radio lost a close friend. Through the week, Gingers friends left
messages for him and his family in the Morpher Radio guestbook.
Dave Marley did a special tribute show for Ginger on Sunday afternoon.
There
is now an official book of Condolences set up by Gingers family and the church
where he was layed to rest. If you would like to view or sign the book click

lovely time was had by all at Bless The Funk 3. There was a great atmosphere.
Lovely people and great music from all the DJ's on the night. I would like
to say thank you to everyone that turned up to play their own personal part
in Bless The Funk 3. It was great seeing new faces this time and old familiar
ones too. We are proud to call youll part of the funky morpher family.

As for the venue, what can we say? All we can do is apologize to everyone.
The place was just to small for what is fast becoming a big event. No room
to dance which we know upset a few people and very over priced drinks. We
are really sorry guys. We held Bless The Funk 2 in the same venue back in
July but it was upstairs, which was much bigger. So, I booked the same venue
again. I only found out three weeks ago that they had moved us downstairs
as upstairs had become a pole club. By this time, I had a choice to either
cancel the event and lets everyone down, or go ahead with it as planned. I
really hope this will not deter anyone from coming to future events. I will
make sure Bless The Funk 4 more than makes up for this.

On 25th October we broke our listeners record yet again and peaked at an amazing

For those of you who have got to know us over the last year, you will know
everyone involved with Morpher Radio keep this station and web site running
purely for the love of the music. It is totally non profit making and all
the DJs donate their own time free of charge to present their shows. Unfortunately,
we now need help from you the listener if we are to continue enjoying our
music together and let our community here at Morpher Radio grow even bigger.
We are not asking for massive donations, however, we need small, but regular
donations to help cover costs of the licence, stream and the up keep of the
web site. This way we can keep Morpher Radio free for all to use. There is

Editing Software
Some
of you have been asking me about making the files of the shows smaller so
they will fit on a CD to play in the car. So, I've looked around the internet
and found some free software (freeware) you can use to cut down the size for
the files to make them smaller. The software is called Audacity. I have downloaded
and installed it myself and it works just fine. The link below will download
the file you need to get started. I have also provided a tutorial link that
someone has made which is a short video showing you how to use the program.
